Two pair. A pair of Gortex hunting boots I've had for 15 years, and a pair of timberland hiking boots that are lower.
After looking at their selection for men, those look like boots Yankees or urban people wear to appear fashionable. They had a few I might consider for hiking. But none I'd wear deer hunting, or in a duck blind, or working in mud, etc.

They were popular when I was a kid until I was in high scl.

Dudes used to wear them in the eighties. Now I would not wear them. Back then as lame as this sounds, we would actually wear boardshorts to school with UGGS on cold California days. Probably 50 degrees. This all in the mid 1980's. They are very comfortable though.

I've got a pair of steel toed Wolverines for the shop, Merrill hikers for looking rugged about town and well hiking, and knee high rubber muck boots for muck.
Don't need purdy boots.

I do not need nor want anything that resembles the moon boots of my youth.
I needed a new pair of insulated boots for when it's cold (could find a shitload of waterproof but almost nothing insulated). Settled on these Salomon Utility Chukkas rather than subject myself to men's Uggs ...
