I would start with Aramark, and see if they can point you to the correct contact.

Quick Google search turned up this https://clemson.campusdish.com/ContactUs.aspx but that appears to be campus dining. It's probably a different group that does concessions, but I don't know.

Often your credit/debit card statement will have some information under the charge.

If you paid with a credit card call your credit card company and charge it back. You will get credit immediately.

If it was any type of electronic tender just call your card company or have your bank decline the purchase, after seeing it was the exact same purchase at the exact same time I doubt they will have any problem fixing this issue.
