Driving up US 17 through Charleston, Mt Pleasant

tomorrow to Wilmington. Is 17 still under construction through
Mt. Pleasant? Stopping at one of my old favorites Boulevard Diner for lunch.
Man do I miss living there in the Low Country!!!!

No construction, but Boulevard Diner closed down.

but yes, the construction is done. I went through there before and after Thanksgiving and it was a breeze

Of all the amazing restaurants you could choose to eat at in the Charleston area, Boulevard Diner?

It's not even the best diner on that road, much less Charleston area. If that's what you are looking for might I suggest Page's Okra Grill in Mt P or Early Bird in W Ash.
