So the IRS is requiring dead people who received stimulus

checks to return them. Can someone explain to me how that works? I think there's going to be a lot of angry democrat voters if this is true.

If this guy who is complaining has a problem with how the funds were used, he should take it up with the federal government.
In the CARES ACT there was a provision that granted a retroactive tax credit to Real Estate investors that will be worth $195 Billion over 10 years.
You think it's ok because it's legal? Think harder my friend, legislators are just as dumb and corrupt as the rest of us.

My mother passed away in 2019. She received a $1,200 stimulus check. The funny thing about it is that the check was made out to her (by name), with the notation 'deceased' after it.
I was thinking of framing it. :0)
