Only one to think LSU gets left out with lost?

This SEC championship game is a de facto playoff game as should Baylor OU. If LSU loses why should they have a second chance at a second (or same) neutral site location. I think the committee would use their rights to select a one loss conference champion over a one loss champion loser who would likely have a rematch. It may just be me but I don’t care who the best 4 are, just who is the best most deserving team.

Kirk was hypocritical saying the committee has to pick the best 4 not the most deserving (in the context of UGA losing). Then they talk Clemson’s weak schedule and the “great” wins UGA has. SO WHICH IS IT??

Apparently, deserving when talking an SEC team and it’s best (or not) when talking a non-SEC team.

The committee already sees LSU as 5 spots better than the Big XII (Oklahoma). They’d have a better loss than OK and better wins than Baylor and OK. I don’t think the committee sees them as even teams which is where the conf title would matter.
