to run the offense. Malzahn is their offensive mind, he will just need somebody to do as he says for the most part. Don't think Chad would want any part of that.

No body in their right mind would hire this guy as their HC at this stage in his career. He'd fall flat on his face.

any thoughts about the career path that Malzahn showed Chad? ....leave a $1.3m OC job for a HC job for lesser money, but more control, and you'll be more attractive for the tier 1 HC jobs.
