until the results of the MRI are released. He said something about Tuesday, which makes sense. The MRI is degraded if there is too much fluid in the knee joint and waiting until Tuesday will provide a more accurate MRI as the fluid is reabsorbed. I'd be very surprised if there isn't some collateral ligament damage and some structural damage to the medical meniscus. A common 'triad' is a medial collateral ligament strain/ tear, coupled with a medial meniscus injury and a partial ACL tear.

Hope he is ultimately OK but I don't see him playing next weekend.
