This year? Seemed to be the difference last year, just outmanned in the trenches. Surprising as I genuinely thought we would beat them last year. With Etienne’s skill set though, all he needs is a hole and he can do the rest. Just wonder (hypothetically at this point, obviously) if we fare better this year. I’m not impressed w the mighty Alabama in this game

No.

You can’t run on Alabama between the tackles. Been that way for about a decade now...Need to be creative in the run game.

I think we do. Their defense doesn’t look that great to me, not necessarily bad just not nearly what these reporters want you to believe.

The pass is the only way to open up the run on Bama.

Yes because they will have to respect the pass. They can’t stop the run with only 5. They will have to cover 4 to 5 guys every play. And their secondary is not that great.
