when the camera caught him saying "Do your job!"? It was someone with a headset but I couldn't tell if it was a coach or a sideline ref.

As others have pointed, it was toward the ref. I watched the game yesterday on my flights home - funny thing, after Dabo yells that, you can hear the ref yell back "I am doing my job"..
