Does Vegas expect Clemson to win straight up?

Sportsbook has Clemson -3 in their power ratings section. This game is only game where the lined underdog(Clemson) is the power line favorite. See for yourself.

Maybe some of the "gambling enthusiest" could explain further. But Isn't this the type situation when you are encouraged to go ALL in on the lined dog?

What it means: To beat the spread, yes. To win outright, Vegas says no.

all they want is even or near even betting.....

So anything which splits the betting between the two teams is their cup of tea.
