I hope Cole can go out on a positive note

A win for him against Oklahoma would be huge. I'm as critical of Cole as the next guy, but unlike the haters I feel for him. It'd be great for him to go out with a win so we can thank him for his service properly.

I don't believe in Cole Stoudt .

My post got declined earlier I guess to protect the kid from a potential blast, but I'd rather see us line up in the power I and run dives all day then See Stoudt throw another pick 6. He has more interceptions than tds and has more tds passes to other teams than Clemson. "Cole" hard facts. I had hoped for better for him but he has single handily been key to us losing all 3 games we lost. He played his best against UGA and it still wasn't close to Watson. Makes me wonder how bad is the 3rd and 4th string guys. That kid from Stanford must be horrible.

You guys are idiots if you think I'm a coot first off my family is in the ring of honor at Clemson, doubt you can say that, I went to ever game growing up know most the player and speak up for the tiger everyday while living in Los Angeles. Is it so wrong to point out the worst QB in Clemson history. I've never seen someone who has been this bad. So call me whatever you want but I want to know why your not upset we are not undefeated or in the playoff because of this Stoudt guy sucking so bad.

"The feel for it", as Cole says,
Dec 13, 2014, 10:11 PM

I hope and pray that Cole, and the rest of the offensive coaches and players, especially Cole, have that "feel for it" in this game. Nothing would make me, and all of us, happier than for Cole to have a career day and for us to hit on all cylinders and kick OU's butts. I think that would make Chad happy, too.

But i just hope like he|| that he proves me wrong but like many others i dont see it happening. I will watch the game & i will root for him 100% but i just hope he actually plays for Clemson this game. I hope he goes out there and does everything the right way. I dont expect him to be perfect, i just expect him to actually give it 100% for us. Bubble screens & hand offs are all he has to do & let the backs & receivers do their jobs. I guess ill be saying this for the last time to him so here goes, LETS GO GET'EM COLE!!! GO TIGERS!!

Hope Streeter teaches Cole to not stare at one receiver.

Hopefully Streeter has noticed that and can correct that. I have NO idea why Morris didn't correct that.

Cole seemed to be able to find his open receivers last year and was deadly accurate . Cant help but believe the hurt shoulder has messed with his confidence and fundamentals some this season .

otherwise good game. How can you trust yourself when you coach does not trust you. Morris really wanted DW from the start and unconsciously sabotaged Cole. Expect Streeter to be much better for him!

Ironic, because *not* staring down a receiver is one of the things the coaches pointed to as one of the biggest differences between Boyd and Stoudt. As soon as Boyd stepped off the field at the Orange Bowl people were talking about how Stoudt might end up being a better qb because "he goes through his progressions better". But that's the first thing he stopped doing when he moved into the starting role.
I hung on to hope with Stoudt all season long and only gave up on him after his horrible INT in the SCar game. I really hope he can rebound from that because we really need him to. I would like nothing better than for Cole to go out in grand style, on the shoulders of his teammates and with an MVP trophy in his hand. But right now it's hard to believe that will happen.

Stoudt has had the season to never remember and always forget, but he keeps trying and fighting"don't give up". I believe good things happen to those who keep fighting and giving their all, this kid has played thru pain, bad fans, and playing like total poo, I do believe this being the last of his career at Clemson he is over due. GIVE IT YOUR ALL STOUDT!!!!
