but my cousin's kid turned it over. He walked away injury free.
My daughter fell off of it... walked away injury free.
My son had no issues, because he's overly cautious.
I drove it around and it was a struggle. I think it was a 150.... definitely undersized for me, but for kid 125lb or under, it's plenty of juice.

At this point, we were just playing around on ones that somebody else owned.
I would consider buying one, though for the kids.
For $800 out the door, you have something that they could ride for a few years until they move up to a full size machine, (or decide that they have no interest in them). I think if a skilled mechanic went over it pretty good when it was new, it could be made reliable and safe (reasonably speaking).
So, to answer your question:
I have flexible morals and I'm cheap.
