Did anyone go back and count the HRs?

I thought it was 21. The last one was right as time expired.

But the other guy hit one past time expired too. (Before the money ball)

Yeah, I did. He hit 21. The only thing I can think of is the last one was right after the clock hit 0

I went back and watched again, yeah I think the last one for the AF guy was late also, but the camera was still on the previous ball still going over the wall but the clock showed 0 then camera went back to batter with the ball half way to the batter. The last 10 seconds Logan done had me off the couch saying come on Logan come on lol

You're right. The Air Force batter definitely got credit for a late one.
It was quite a show by both of them. Logan did Clemson proud.
