Since Manziel and Winston won it - I doubt they do.
The Heisman Memorial Trophy annually recognizes the outstanding college football player whose performance best exhibits the pursuit of excellence with integrity. The winners of the trophy epitomize great ability combined with diligence, perseverance, and hard work.

I'm sorry but I disagree with your statement. According to writer Mark Knudsen, you are instructed to vote for "The Most Outstanding College Football Pkayer in the United States." Other articles and voting writers confirm the criteria are vague as Outstanding is not defined. Integrity and other factors are not mentioned. Given Knudsen is a voter, I will have to go with his stated criteria.
By the way, voters were not aware of the problems associated with Johnny Manziel, OJ, or Reggie Bush unti after they won the Heisman.
