Beilema would be a good hire. He was successful at Wisconsin, which is not an easy school to recruit too. He was average at Arkansas, however, most coaches will be average or worse at Arkansas. It's one of the hardest jobs in the country.

He'll keep Michigan State at a 9-3, 8-4 level if they hire him
