What other past HS QBs have become successful at Clemson at other positions?
On the team now, I can think of Hunter Renfrow, Will Spires, and Dion Cain ...
Before that: Rod Gardner, Andy Hedden, Terrence Mack, Patrick Sapp, Dexter McCleon, Charlie Waters.
Who else am I missing?

Charlie Waters was a qb, wr, rb at Clemson. I think he changed positions each year

He was great when he played QB at Paul Knox Jr High also.

He moved from QB to Flanker ( wide receiver) his senior year at Clemson. He was drafted by Dallas, and was an all pro Corner Back for his whole career .

Chansi Stuckey. Backed up Charlie and played QB in the 63-17 game before transitioning to receiver. Played a few seasons in the NFL.

Choice definitely did. I think they ran a Wing-T or some form of the Triple Option and his cousin Tashard Choice had a lot of success running in that at GT in college. Jayron pretty much played everywhere in HS if I remember his recruitment. Played a lot of WR, but I may be wrong.

Jerry Butler and Dwight Clark were HS QBs. Willie Jordan went from QB to DB at Clemson. Charlie Waters was backup QB as a Jr, and Coach Howard slipped him into a game as a WR towards the end of the season. He made a diving catch in the end zone for a long TD on his first play at WR. He was a starting WR for the rest of his Clemson career. Terry Kinard was a HS QB also.

Tyler Shatley was a FB who came here as a DT and ended up in the NFL as an OG
Eric MacLain was a TE who grew into an OL
Richard Yeargin played mostly TE and LB
Dorian ODaniel and Van Smith were RBs

Ray Ray has a lot of film of him taking snaps at QB and taking it to the house.
Adam Humphries was a high school QB, threw it over and over to Charone Peake

one that really gets overlooked is that Keith Jennings RELUCTANTLY went from WR to TE and helped him to earn a few paychecks as a pro.

Pretty sure I saw one publication where he
only ran a 4.7 40- what do you guys think.
