I'm lost and confused. I need your help. You know more about college basketball than I'll know in 5 lifetimes. Is Evansville the most elite mid-major basketball team in the country? I'm asking since they play in the Missouri Valley League and I have a coworker that is a big Kentucky fan and Tomorrow I don't want them to be able to say that Colgate was a worse team.

Colgate at #140 and Evansville at #190. Take that for what it's worth. With the exception of a couple of good Wichita State and Creighton teams, MVC teams usually go into the tourney anywhere from a 9-12 seed, so if this is considered a good MVC team now, I'd compare this to a second round 9 vs 1 upset in the tourney.
