Dabo's response to Spurrier's comments was absolutely

Oct 30, 2012, 6:58 AM

perfect. No jabs back at him, no BS, just calling it like it is...embarrassing.

Trash talk is fun. I get it, but Spurrier doing that in the setting he was in while talking about probably the most important player SCU has ever had was just classless.

Congrats Spurrier, you have solidified your place as a #### head for those that didn't already know it.

You're right. We were typing our comments at the same time.

Since his playing days at Florida, Spurrier has had a habit

Oct 30, 2012, 7:06 AM

of playing up to the crowd...that is, saying and doing what he thinks the crowd wants to hear and see. Problem is sometimes the saying results in a bad case of foot-in-mouth, while the doing often provokes reactions ranging from great mirth to questions about his mental well-being. When combined, many simply throw hands in the air, shake heads and think, "Glad that wasn't me...." lol

Disagree, shouldn't have said anything at all. Let what he said last november speak for itself.

Did you even hear his comments (when asked about it)?

Oct 30, 2012, 7:45 AM

He handled it perfectly.

Nah,

Oct 30, 2012, 7:57 AM

he's just deflecting the trouble he sees that he's in losing Lattimore, a gift against TN, an a-whipping from his Alma Mater, all precipitated by a defense that became pourous in a close loss at LSU.

I've been wrong two times, but this isn't one of them.

Tigernetters - FOLLOW DABO'S EXAMPLE

We already have advantage with Tigers improving every game, Boyd's outstanding leadership and running, defensive leaders starting to stand out, and coaches and leaders have figured out what happened last year. Boyd will not gain weight like he did last year, and his leadership as his running has been awesome this year. Sammy is back! Tigers and fans can just relish a great year! GO TIGERS JUST KEEP DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING -
Win Out, Smash Coots, and grab great BCS bowl.
