Fall camp is over. Classes on Clemson’s campus start Wednesday morning, and the football team held the final practice of preseason camp Tuesday afternoon. What about the depth at linebacker? Where does Jadar Johnson fit in with the safeties? How does Albert Huggins look? Full Story »

Dabo loves the team he has this year

I think he likes the fire to compete the guys have and how football smart they are to be so young. I believe this group is the most talented and have the ability to understand if they all lift each other up they will all be successful at meeting all their goals. Our defense is going to surprise some teams this year. That's exactly what Deshaun needs, the ball in his hands often. I think Dabo will have to pump the brakes in some games to slow down the offense once the game is out of reach.

I'm glad this team gets a couple of games to get going and a break before Louisville. That will give the coaches time to tweek things and put in some of the ND and GT plays. It will give them time to get the young players experience and time for injuries to heal.

I can't wait to see this group play somebody else. I hope our special times will be good this year.

I think Huggy Bear is going to be special as a player and a leader for years to come. You have to love the fun he brings to our football team. He will keep everybody loose and focused. He had a mic for that north vs. South game and he was having fun and pumping guys up.

Every year I get more pumped about the season starting than the previous year .
Dabo and crew have made it difficult not to , so much better off than we were 8 years ago . GO TIGERS !

I think it's because truly this is the first year where you can say "next man up" and there is no significant talant drop off. It's a good saying in theory, but if you don't have the horses, it's hard to truly mean it.
