Just read the article and am curious which part you took as a slight to Dabo? I read it as a great compliment to CDS as he is being used as an elite coach benchmark.

Franklin is NOT a good character guy. I wouldn’t want him in any way, shape or form. Hopefully his immoral nastiness will catch up with him sooner than later.

What Dabo has done at Clemson takes a lot of confidence and drive and often an absence of big ego. Yes, Dabo deserves all the credit he gets for bringing in big time OC CM and DC BV. I would also assert that DW has been the lynchpin that has pushed Clemson over the top - both on the field and in recruiting. In a very understated way DW is lightning in a bottle. But Dabo has been the orchestrator. Remember Dabo’s 2nd choice for OC after Chad Morris was Justin Fuentes. Coach Swinney knows how to pick a winner and good leader’s make good decisions.

Has used talent to train successors, such as Elliot and Scott. His mastery of humanizing and motivating is a rare talent. It's said if you have two QB's, you have none, yet one would think the same would apply with coordinator positions and yet, it seems to work splendidly. Dabo learns well...and believes in the course he plots. Hard to argue the results...but people will.

Franklin comes off as a dou.che bag to me. especially after he ran up the score vs that fcs school last year. Called a time out to kick a field goal. Dabo would have let the clock run out
