lol....funny. To be fair though, what do you expect out of a poll listed in Raleigh, NC. I'd expect the same results here in Charlotte.

Your geographic location might be an important factor. If they only polled people in the Carolinas, then NC wins by virtue of a larger population. If it's a national poll, I still think that UNC gets called Carolina more often, but both get a lot of South and North added to their names.

When I was in the Air Force, I was stationed in Texas, Mississippi, California, & Montana. Everywhere I went people knew about Carolina basketball.
