Dabo Can't Let The Lunatics Run The Asylum....

As Dabo said, it is his job to make these type of tough decisions. He has been very fair in giving Kelly Bryant every chance to be the start and keep the job...Very fair! As Dabo said, he could have really done KB wrong by naming him the starter this week so he could then make TL the starter for the rest of the season and destroyed his transfer opportunity and I hope KB takes that into consideration.

The Bottom line is He’s not NFL material at QB. The only reason he started last year is because There simply was no talent behind him. Hunter Johnson was supposed to be the next great QB but he never lived up to his potential was was reflected in what happened to him this year. In fact, had Hunter Johnson lived up to his potential, KB would have lost his job last year and Trevor Lawrence may be red shirting this year but talent wins out.

Kelly Bryant would be well served to be a good teammate and play the roll he has earned. He will still get playing time, just in a more limited role....This could be a good time to try a different position like RB or WR?

If he finishes out his time at Clemson, he can still try for the NFL and when he doesn’t made it, the Clemson Nation will see to it that he can get a good job…..If he takes his marbles and leaves for some directional school, he won’t have that fall back. He will have the Clemson Degree, but he may well lose some connections that would help him find a good paying job.

When I was a Den Leader I bought a huge bag of marbles and proper marble circles and taught these kids (and most dads) how to play marbles and these kids and their daddies had a great time...they were dialed in and it got really competitive when I made up a tournament...

Sometime the simple things in life makes all of the difference...


Anyway..KB needs to stay. It's the best move for if future.
