Watson will definitely be a 1st round pick. This is a Gamecock talk too, but yeah he is that good. He has had some timely picks this year but he has record stats, will be a 2 year Heisman finalist, and will no doubt have a good combine.

Agreed, i'd just love to see him go to the Patriots haha. I've been dying for a Clemson guy to land on the Pats forever, and if arguably the best player in Clemson history came to the Pats, I'd be ecstatic.

Lost alot of money by not being selected in the first round. Seems like he lost focus this year.

I think he has known for several weeks he would not be the number 1 pick. I heard one expert say the 2nd round but I think he still has a chance to go late 1st round.

myself. Do not believe he is. And hope he doesn't owe $$ to bookies. All that said, he could end up at Cleveland with 1st pick Round 2. TigerDug wrote me today saying he could back up Big Ben a few years as Pitt #2. I can see it, but no one knows at this stage. Hopefully, a lot of season and a turnaround lies ahead.

He threw too many picks last year too, but this year it's been in big spots. I'd still take him in a heart beat and live with the mistakes. The kid is a winner, a leader, and has the intangible poise you can't teach
