nor has he ever been a billionaire, despite his own claims. In 1982 he lied to get on the Forbes 500 list claiming he was worth 200 million dollars, when he was worth less than 10(mostly money his father gave him). He claimed his father's assets were his(although later he inherited them).

In 1993 he bankrupted a casino in Atlantic city. He lied to other investors saying that he funded it with bank loans, when in reality is was junk bonds. Despite his father's repeated efforts to bail it out by buying millions of dollars and chips, it soon went under because he could not afford to pay the high interest rates. This was the first of 3 occasions where the american tax payer bailed out trump and he walked away without a scratch. None the less banks will not loan to him in this country, he is considered a dead beat to them.

Now he claims to worth ten billion dollars but offers no proof of this. He no longer has access to capital to invest in real estate development, so he instead licenses his name because some where along the line, it is been associated with success. in fact he has only owns one building that he actually built with his own (father's ) money, and that is Trump Tower in Manhattan which he leases to fellow criminals, as well as the Russian Mob and Russians Spies. He is thought to be in bed with the Russian Mob because they provide him with capital to invest and buy things, but he is not allowed to show that money on the books. He is though to be in the business of money Laundering, but there has not been any real hard evidence. There are others that believes that his debt is greater than his total assets(not including his dirty money), which would in essence make him broke. That being the case, We are all richer than trump, even homeless people on the street technically have more money than Donald J Trump. Basically he is a dead beat like the banks have been telling us all of the years.
