Coach Venables:

Apparently, Chris Simms from the sports news channel Bleacher Report doesn't think our defense is well coached. Of course, maybe Chris doesn't realize that we had not one but two defensive players drafted in the first round last night. Since this is the case with Bleacher Report, may I suggest a request from you and your defensive staff? Make him regret his words this year. Not only are folks expecting a drop off in production this season, but many do not realize that Clemson's defense was Ranked #1 at the end of the season in 2014... Let us remind them in 2015, and haunt their nightmares with visions of SEC Teams going 6-6 this year while losing to ACC Teams everywhere. Oh, wait that happened last season during rivalry week. Anyways, my request is that you make this season even better than last season. If you dream small you will live small... Dream big and you will accomplish much.
