D. Hood, ask DW4 about his weight next interview

Mar 22, 2016, 12:39 PM

Since this is really the main thing he needs to work on for next year, inquiring minds would like to know of his progress on that front. Anything north of 210 lbs at this point would probably be ideal as he probably shoots for 215-220 for fall camp.

I don't know what his exact weight is but after seeing him

in person at the youth day a couple of weeks ago, he's alot bigger and thicker than i thought. He's alot taller as well. I always thought he was this rail thin guy but he's worked alot to build himself up.So i wouldn't worry about. He'll never be Cam Newton or Jameis Winston in size bc thats not in his DNA but he's about where he needs to be in my opinion.

I've walked next to him by cooper. Didnt think he was that much taller than me. I would say no more than 6'2

He is not going to get to 220 eating at either dining hall. What goes in will always come out.

It definitely works well, especially when trying to build muscle! I'd pretty much take Vic's advice on workout regimens/diets. I mean 225 32 times or something ridiculous at 245 lbs! Much less, only getting beat by 1 rep, by 2 Oline guys, who were both 300+. VB is a freak athlete!
