The curse of oak island show. Real or fake?

Been watching the new season and I def believe the drilling and such is real but it seems they always “find” these cool artifacts w metal detectors that could very well just be placed there for more TV drama and show content.
What u think?

can't tell if its real or fake really. Mostly seems kinda fake and 90% of it is for show, but the lead guy is a treasure hunter IRL. I think they actually did discover new stuff but most of the stuff shown is all for views

If it was a fake show, I don't think you would actually see it on your television screen. Maybe just read about it on the internet and wonder what channel it was on.

supposed to be there with modern equipment, how did anyone else 200-500 years ago?
And I watch the show because I have no life, but after they "found" that crossbow bolt, I started thinking of all the other stuff they just seem to "find". And then I think that there seems to have been an awful lot of people go to a little bitty island on the banks of Nova Scotia who lost stuff: coins, buttons, crosses. Why there? I think its about 99% BS.

Found a Roman crossbow bolt which probably a planted item. And of course, how could pirates w shovels dig down 200 feet into the mud when these guys spending millions of dollars with modern equipment can’t seem to find anything? Or at least dig a #### hole bigger than 6 inches in diameter
