website when something was not screwed up?

Trying to find out how many points I have, a screen keeps coming up wanting me to "activate cookies". They are already activated. I can't get the screen to go off and get back to my account.

It is in Chrome and it tells me to go to "Customize and Control Google Chrome" which is no where on any of my settings or tool bar, to activate cookies. I have already done that on my advance settings, but the cookies were already activated. Just stupid.

I feel your pain, last season I went to put in my request for post season tickets and it said I only had 1 point. Turns out the merged my account with a freshman student with the same name. Had to call and get it fixed, still took a couple days and it wasn't correct online for months.
