I think Georgia has a state law that allows victims of student/athlete counterfeiters to exchange those bills with the Dawg Bagman for real currency if they agree to drop the charges.

seem like a felony to me. Felonies should be rape murder child molestation armed robbery assault with intent to kill etc. Small amounts of drugs and petty crimes should be misdemeanors

Plea deal was for an altercation where he slapped a guy in a bar. YES, slapped.

The 2017 case was dropped after a cashier identified him months later as someone who tried to pass a counterfeit $100 bill ... nothing burger and apology followed.

Think proper punished for “slapping” a man and running away ... smh
