Could you see #42 being retired at some point?

Im sure Wilkins will return to clemson once his playing days are done. Given how much we all love him is there a chance that could happen?

"I love this place, I've got a spot already picked out where I want 'em to put me when I die - up there on that ole hill near the stadium. I want to be there so I can hear all them people cheering my Tigers on Saturdays; then I won't have to go Heaven; I'll already be there."- Frank Howard

Should be. And 13.***

And #4

But I also support the Steve Fuller codicil - if the original owner of the retired jersey agrees to allowing an incoming player to use that number, then it shall be done with the retiree commemorated on the jersey of the new player.

In the case of #4, two Clemson legends are associated; and that makes sense to me. At Clemson TEAM means more than individuals; but we can still memorialize the great ones.

It should be treated like 4 and 28. I guess 16 will be treated that way as well.

We made four college football playoff appearances and won two national championships after Christian arrived on campus. Thanks to his talent and the team attitude, no one could run the ball down our throat with sustained drives on the ground.

I don't know as I think the days of.......

truly retiring a number may be over. Look at #4 for Steve Fuller, for example.

Wasn't CJ's number retired? Has any player worn it since?

it has a Spiller patch on it. Like Dw's had a Fuller patch.

I want him to get a statue, but I'm thinking...

The number retiring is more realistic. So yeah. I'm down!

His statue should be doing the Split! That is what I always

think of when I remember the 2016 Natty. That, and DW4 already running back down the field pointing #1 before the ball had even settled into Renfrow's hands. Such beyouutiful memories.

He will make a great coach when he is ready and if he wants that path.

Why not Clemson? He is loved here already.

He deserves it but we are going to run out of numbers at the rate we are going with deserving players.

Definitely a Ring Of Honor candidate and maybe retiring his Jersey or Number.

I really want to see 99, 67, 90, 42 and 7 on the ROH in Power Ranger colors! No names necessary!

The Number 13 should be awarded to most deserving walkon! Hey, is there a way to start a T Net petition for this?

Haha man I totally dig that, the power ranger theme would be awesome!

We have something of a tradition already going with the 13, not sure it’s srickly for walkons but def under recruited players.

I think they will do patches like on #4 and #28. They will be in the Ring of Honor too. Seems like over these last few years a number of guys will be going up there.
