Here's the message I just received (3:58pm 9-Jan) from one of my friends:

I wanted to offer you congratulations on your Clemson Tigers annihilating my Buckeyes.
Oh the pain!!
That is the worse I have seen my Alma Mater get beat, in the modern times.
I did want to wish your Clemson Tigers the best of luck, tonight against Alabama and let you know I will be backing Clemson to win the National Title.

A guy I work with is a HUGE tOSU fan/alum and was heartbroken after our game but he's always been classy about it. Sent me an email today saying that he is most definitely a "fan of the orange" tonight!

Makes sense. If you're gonna get beat, get beat by the best!

I've already had a coot friend say that "At least we scored on y'all!" after the Ohio St game! Then he went on about how they played USF closer than we did last time we played them in like 2002 or something. Those people ain't got no sense!

I bumped into a pilot in the Philly airport tonight and he said was pulling for the TIGS. i always thought they were a decent fan base, if you mine the fansites you are always going to get a ration of crazies.

I'm flying American so of course they are delayed and I'll miss at least half the game. They've seen the last of my money.
