Congratulations to Cliff. To be able to succeed in such a difficult curriculum with all the demands of D-1 basketball is extremely commendable. Most definitely a model student/athlete.

and if/when you win, can you lobby to disassociate Shane Battier's name with the award? That award should go the the whiner of the year.

On top of majoring in architecture and playing basketball during the school year, he also spent time with Athletes in Action over the summer playing basketball while glorifying God.

Architecture...

...is NOT something to be taken lightly. I've been there myself, graduated in '03.

Balancing the architecture curriculum with every day life was quite a task for myself, and I have a tremendous amount of respect for Cliff being able to balance this TOUGH major with his daily athletic and personal schedule.

congrats, Cliff!

haven't caught up on the lost sleep. Congrats Cliff, you are the epitomy of the "student athlete". I look forward to seeing you in the workplace someday, hopefully in the Carolinas!
