Jarvis Jenkins first Tiger selected in 2011 NFL Draft

Defensive tackle Jarvis Jenkins, Clemson's career leader in blocked kicks, was the first Clemson player off the board Friday afternoon. He was selected with the 41st overall pick by the Washington Redskins. Full Story »

He can play immediately to help the Skins run D. They were awful last year at stopping the run, and JJ fills a big need. With JJ, Orakapo, Kerrigan, and Laron Landry, the Redskins D looks like it just went from bad to good.
