Conference Realignment

If you were tasked with building the sixth BCS conference from the remaining teams not in one of the current majors (Big 10, ACC, Pac 10, Big 12, SEC) and you could chose 14 or 16 teams, which teams would they be and how would you divide them. Even though ND doesn't play football in the ACC lets say that they are off the board.

Looks good. But I would drop Army and add Southern Miss. Leave East Carolina in Big East and add Louisiana Tech to the East. Then add Ball St. to the west
