Coaching Search

I do believe the reason we haven't heard anything yet is that there are coaches in the CWS that will be interviewed, but can't be until they're eliminated, or win it all. Why would we make a hire if there's someone in the CWS interested, but can't interview yet?

and should be used as such.

i hope drad is talking to as many programs/candidates as possible. outside-in views are good stuff, especially if you find recurring themes.
