Their ranking makes no sense. Is it just coaches with recent losses?

Pruitt is by far #1 - he might not even make it to week 8 at this rate. You can tell, he has already lost the players/program. If he is blown out in the next few games, he is GONE! #2 Will be Fuente or Edsall. The other interesting one would be Charlie Strong. Lost too many in a row but I don't know USF or FSU or UFS program well enough to see what they would do...

I think Kelly, Taggert, and even Muscoot are kinda safe. I don't see UCLA being THAT impatient with Kelly and the same goes for Taggert. I don't see them staying long either but I don't think they want to become the new Tennessee. Addazio is kinda safe as he will likely win enough against the Atlantic to make it bowling.

How is Sitake even mentioned at this time? Chad Morris, Frost, Luke should have another 2 years to play.

At the same time, the coach that I'm most certain won't return next year is Chip Kelly. The guy is totally done. I can see it in his interviews. He and UCLA will probably reach an agreement.

Taggart is behind those two. I do think FSU can win enough games for him to return. But he also has to show decision-makers and the fan base (1) he is competent to lead the program and (2) the players are behind him. Not looking good on #1. People keep talking about the buyout but subjecting the program to another disastrous year after this one could cost a lot more than $17 million.
