I'm no lawyer, DA, or law enforcement officer, but these charges seem rather strange: "Use of a firearm while committing murder", ok, "Use of a firearm while committing burglary" (I know armed robbery is actually akin to murder and kidnapping), "Breaking and entering with the intent of committing a misdemeanor EXCEPT... trespassing while armed with a deadly weapon?" I would think use of a firearm while committing burglary would include "trespassing while armed with a deadly weapon." Things are strange and depend so much on wording and context, not to mention the law itself. But his guy's done!

Any crime committed with possession of a firearm gets possibility of added years. As a staunch supporter of the 2nd Amendment I am actually ok with this. Maybe it will help get idiots to stop abusing such an important right. (Probably not but...)
