There are people who question who Clemson would hire if Brownell was fired. I really don't know but believe the next coach could not do worse. As for the recruits he has committed if they flip because he was fired then they were not committed to Clemson any way.

Clemson will not hire expensively. It's a crap shoot. Maybe the next one would be better, maybe worse. 100 years of mediocre bball is all the evidence anyone should need. GooooTigers!!!!!!

Agreed...Dabo working out like it did was a once in a lifetime situation...if our basketball program is going to change, it’s going to take a big hire with big money...not likely going to happen...oh well, Go Tigers all the same
