The email's from Christina Freundlich, Southern Regional Press Secretary for the DNC. You can kinda see down her shirt here:
The other guys on the email are involved in DNC communications, too, but not the Clinton campaign.

The Clinton Campaign, The Executive Branch of the US Govt, The DNC, The National Media outlets, and almost every other informational news source are collectively all together playing a role in the Clinton campaign. You would have to be mentally handicapped for this to escape you.

My point was merely that the people in those emails do not work for the Hillary Clinton campaign. They're not a part of that organization. You can say they're on the same team or they want the same thing or whatever, but the fact is they're paid by the DNC, not the Clinton campaign. You'd have to be mentally handicapped to misunderstand this distinction and readers of the Gateway Pundit should be concerned about the integrity of their news source.

I'd assume they are coordinating. That doesn't change the fact that the DNC is the DNC and the Clinton campaign is the Clinton campaign. Why didn't the Gateway Pundit just say they are DNC operatives? I guess they didn't think it sounded damning enough, so they fudged the facts and said it was the Clinton campaign. After all, their readers aren't actually gonna fact check this stuff.

This is a broader issue with the conservative media. There are partisan sites that seem to have some integrity, i.e. National Review, but the ones you see shared most often are things like gateway pundit and my new favorite, Conservative Treehouse. They take legitimate scandal and interject falsities into them that leads many to simply post a snopes or factcheck link right below them. Thus, the scandal becomes equated with the misinformation and loses its bite.
