Clemson's Nightmare
For a Clemson football player, no one game can bring back more bad memories than what happened in last year’s 28-24 loss to GT in Death Valley. Full Story » |

I get so uptight during any game no matter what the score..........To tell you how big of a scar that GT game of 2004 left.........I had a pulse rate of about 97 during the last until about 5 minutes left in the NCST game THIS year (my fiance took my pulse). I started feeling hot and dizzy......especially after CHANSI missed the ball and it squirted into the NCST defenses hands........That GT game will always be with me. And NO WIN is secure until the clock ticks to 0:00 and there's no flags on the play!!!!!!

to be honest, I've never been comfortable with a CU lead. FSU 03, UT 04, even USC 03... 63-17 and I didn't feel comfortable till the 4th quarter. We were up 21-0 at the half and I was worried against state.

I told my fiance that I will probably die in death valley (when i get to about 65+ years old) at a game that puts too much stress on me............I was just kidding, but honestly....I wouldn't be surprised. It's amazing how much clemson football can control my emotions.

can you go from praying to cussing someone out and sincerely wishing bodily harm on them within a matter of seconds. I love football and the trap of it that ensnares us wholly.

Granted spell check wouldn't have caught that, but someone merely reading the article would. I am amazed at how many typos are in the articles I read on this site. That being said, I they are better than articles on any other Clemson sports site.

but did Ron Cherry not officiate the 2003 UVA and 2004 Miami games for us? He did a good enough job there.
Losing to GT last year was NO fault of the officials.

sports (football, basketball, or baseball) in the last 15 years, I assure you that CLEMSON96JDH has been there, so try another argument. However, no need to try to argue this one, because that loss was completely our fault, and there is a Clemson staff man that runs the clock.

the clock on that play. Ron Cherry does not like Clemson. You are correct about stopping the clock for unnecessary measurements, too.
Let's all hope his crew doesn't officiate this weekend.
