There's another lakeside development being built on the other side of the train tracks from Lakeside Lodge. Go under 123 by boat and its right on the left, before you get to Hart's Cove. Then you've got the Pier/Highpointe, and a bunch of little lakeside tiny homes.
Clemson's going to look like Detroit when the student loan bubble bursts.

Ibrahim has the property listed for $7.9M. It's not needed and, like Hartwell Village, shops/restaurants will sit un-leased.
Come back to reality, put in a smaller development, dock and park. We could use another place to boat to, but I wouldn't boat to that.
And as for traffic on 123/76? Fugeddabutit.
