Do you know where Eugene, OR is located? It is not Saban and Smart's stellar personalities that are getting recruits to Bama and Georgia. I won't argue about OSU, but the SEC is huge media-wise.

Honorable mention: The SEC champion.
If you're laughing about ND, it's understandable. But their alumni is well-connected and rich and they have a national fanbase like no other school.
