Clemson and Florida State to Big 12???

I am hearing rumors of Clemson and Florida State going to the Big 12, NC State and Virginia Tech going to the SEC, and North Carolina and Virginia still going to the Big 10. I know NC and VA dispelled their rumors (but I still think it will happen). Has anyone else heard of Clemson and Florida State going to the Big 12?

Chris Gardocki was the punter and kicker when I was there. The only punter/kicker that I have ever seen that worked as hard in the weight room as the regular players.
