FSU cross over rival. FSU keeps their annual game with Miami by both being in the Coastal and Clemson keeps their annual game with GT by both being in the Atlantic.

As soon as you did that, though, Georgia Tech would fire PJ..get serious about FB again...and become a perrennial top 20 team and we'd be back to where we started. Or something similar.

I think it would have a butterfly effect in some way, although I'm not certain how.
