Clemson/Scar fact of the day part II

Clemson Leads the series 66-42-4 Since 1979 (or since i first saw the light of day) Clemson is 22-13-1

Average Score Clemson 19.46 SCAR 13.97 overall Since 1979 the average score has been 25.3 to 19.3, (really thought that may have been worse, but that five game losing streak we were outscored by 67 points.

Clemson has shut out SCAR 22 times (last in 1989)
SCAR has shut out Clemson 12 times (last in 1959)
There have been two scoreless ties in the series, the last tie was a 21 all tilt in 1986 (happens to be the first chicken game i remember attending)


need a 63-17 game to aid in evening out that five year run

After the rear-chewing the players are getting this week from Venables they may be out to make a point in the final two games. And watching them struggle to score on the Gators until junk time says we can do the same to them.
