Yeah, it's almost intentionally Curt. Like he is trying to diss Clemson for waiting so long.
Is that attitude? Or are we misunderstanding and the meaning is, "finally!"

I am not sure how to interpret it. Maybe he was just in a hurry because he was fielding phone calls from all the coaches after he decommited? Just seemed unusual.
