Can we get everyone on the hill and everyone sitting in the Westzone to use the clemson lights app whenever auburn is attempting a field goal or extra point?

You could just use the flashlight app, honestly. Yes. It's against the rules though.

But the Clemson Lights app is a coordinated light show like they did at Tigerama or Rock the John (can't remember) a few years ago.

Just have to have a few of those people in the sections, select the DEMO mode. Then a few persons can tap the Paw and cause the audio to sync with other phones nearby to flash at the same time.
