Thanks! I've been to Europe many times, especially Germany. This, however, was my first time to Berchtesgaden. It's by far my new favorite place in Europe. It's paradise.

We will be 5 days in Cheimsee, 3 days in Garmisch, then the last night in Munich. Lived in Augsburg and Bad Aibling for a total of six years. LOVE Germany......

Nice! Most of my family still lives in Germany and Czech, so we visit whenever we can.

Looks like you were clouded in. It's a great view of the Alps and Austria/Germany when clouds part.
When I was there, I had about 45 minutes of crystal clear weather before a cloud moved in...was a great view!
