Clemson / GT football on Thursday night???

So I checked the most recent pages to see if anyone brought this up. Talking to a GT grad who is in tune with the program, and talking to one of my good Clemson alum friends, there is a good possibility that the Clemson/GT game in Death Valley this fall will be a Thursday night game.
This would not surprise me since our AD is the former GT AD and seemingly had Thursday night games once a month. We all know that our fanbase is split when it comes to hosting Thursday night games. I, for one, want Clemson to exorcise its Thursday home game demons and stand out on this big stage for what essentially is a commercial that sells Clemson to the nation (i.e. the GT purple-out Gameday game). Hopefully they don't make it into an SEC lovefest for no reason. I was at the last Thursday home game when NC State and Phillip Rivers (did you know he has a kid?) lit us up.
I know that a Thursday home game would keep a lot of our fanbase from making the trek. But, considering our expectations this year and the huge stage that this game would provide, I'm curious:
If you would normally not attend a Thursday home game, are you changing your mind this year?

It's not a motel issue. Most Clemson supporters have jobs. As much as we love Clemson football, it's hard to justify taking 2 days off work to go to a football game.

We are resourceful, brave and loyal.
We are independent, and do not brook cheap shot criticism
from young whippersnappers who live next door to Clemson
and still sometimes dont make it to games.
Bring on a Thursday game. Bless Pete we will be there.

I would do everything I could to be there but would not be happy about it.
I would need to move some things around to do it. Very costly and very timely in comparison to a Saturday game.

Why would we ever want a Thur night game. You get exposure Thur night and a mention Fri morning. Come Sat ,you know the major day for college football and the day recruits can watch all day and late into the night, no mention of the teams who played on Thur.
