Residents are poised to make more money than they ever have before by selling parking on their lawns, and the city just happened to pass a law making sure they get a piece of that revenue.

My guess is the homeowner will have to carry extra insurance....they will if they are smart.

Once you've got a business license, now you are in the government database and the IRS will make sure they get their cut too...can you say audit?
